Thursday–Friday until 6:00 PM.
Saturday–Sunday until 4:00 PM.
For late arrivals, please call the reception before closing time on 0480-25560. Cancel up until the day before arrival by 6:00 PM.
Check-out at 11:00 AM.
Here’s where to find us!
Svanen Hotel and Hostel is located on Ängö, approx. 1 km north of Kalmar’s city centre. You can see us from Ängöleden. It’s about a 10-minute walk into the centre from us.
Getting here by car
Svanen Hotel and Hostel is located on Ängö, approx. 1 km north of Kalmar’s city centre. From the E22: Follow signs towards Öland and road 137. Just after the sign “Trafikplats Tallhagen”, turn right towards the centre. Drive 1.5 km straight ahead. You can see us from Ängöleden.
Getting here by bus
Take bus 405 towards Hansa City/Skogsrået from the bus/train station. Get off at the Ängö stop. Svanen Hotel and Hostel is approx. 450 metres to the north.

Monday–Wednesday until 9:00 PM. Thursday–Friday until 6:00 PM. Saturday–Sunday until 4:00 PM.

The wifi password can be found in your room or requested at the reception.
Parking
If you're arriving by car, parking is available.
Conference
Our lovely conference room holds up to 30 people. We also serve coffee breaks and lunch if desired.
Smoke-free
All our rooms are smoke-free.
Pet-free
Unfortunately, we do not have any pet-friendly rooms. We only accept guide dogs.
Canoe rental
Our canoes can be rented for half a day at 240 SEK or a full day at 480 SEK.
Bicycle rental
We have 2 bicycles available for rent, 150 SEK/bicycle per day.
Other info
As a guest, you always have access to Svanen's guest kitchen and lobby with TV. The guest laundry room and sauna can be rented for a small fee. A hair dryer is available to borrow at the reception.
